Returning Swimmer REGISTRATION

 Fall/Winter 2010-2011

 

We are looking forward to another FAST & FUN season!  The season will begin mid September with PreSeason practice options.  The regular practice schedule will start mid October. 

 

Registration for the upcoming season will open the first week of August for ALL RETURNING families.  Any/all returning swimmers wishing to participate MUST register by AUGUST 16TH to reserve their spot on the team.  Placement evaluations for NEW SWIMMERS are scheduled for  August 19, 21 & 23…we will be taking new swimmers based on group availablility AS OF AUGUST 16TH.   In order to accommodate RETURNING SWIMMERS – you MUST REGISTER your swimmers in a timely manner. 

 

CURRENT Y2K SWIMMERS:

 

To begin the registration process, SIGN IN to your website account and go to the MEETS & EVENTS tab.  Choose the FALL REGISTRATION TAB and click on ATTEND this event.  Here – you click on COMMIT or NOT COMMIT depending on who in your family is planning on swimming this season.  THAT’S IT!  Your swimmer has been assigned to a roster group and you can access that information within your account!   Please email me if you have tro

 

 After COMMITTING – fill out the payment form…Each family is responsible for the $115 fee plus $60 USA reg fee per swimmer.  Please send this form & check to the PO Box – or bring with you to the Forest Park Pool nite August 16th!

 

Once registered, a bill will be generated and sent via email to you.   Half the balance of your training fees will be due in October – the second payment in December. There are no additional forms to fill out – JUST make sure that you  update your account information – as well as your swimmer information.  Please add any new email addresses you would like to receive news blasts!!!

Registrations and Placement Dates:

                        Thurs, Aug 19         4:00-5:30pm                  Fenwick HS

                        Sat, Aug 21            noon – 1:30pm     (enter through glass doors

                        Mon Aug 23            4:00-5:30pm         down the stairs and turn right)

 

Swimmers may arrive ANYTIME during the above schedule.  Bring suit, cap and goggles as you will be asked to get in the pool.  Coaches will be on hand to answer questions and assist you with registration information  PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE CONFLICTS WITH THESE DATES/TIMES.
