2025 - 2026   HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS!!

We look forward to YOUR RETURN!  There are two OPTIONS offered this season-so please read carefully. There are TWO meets open to COMMIT to the first 2 weeks of DECEMBER.  We would like to see all HSGs commit to participating at least ONE SESSION - so that you get back on track!  There may be slight practice time changes - but we are shooting for the times listed below.

PLEASE NOTE that the ISI/USA registration of $91.00 must be paid by ALL swimmers. This is a once a year fee AND MUST be paid directly to USA swimming.  Once you register – you will receive an email outlining this process…  Keep an eye out for this email.

HSG+   OPTION ONE    $650 
HSG+ swimmers have achieved OPEN RGL time standards. ..IN ADDITION -this group is committed to continuing a daily practice regimen including meet participation.  Their goals include picking up where their HS season left off…Swimmers are committed to meet participation with the idea of achieving RGL & SR CHAMP standards for END OF SEASON championship meets. 
MON 6:50 - 8:30p    TUES: 6:50-8:30p   WED: 4:30-6:00p   THURS: 6:50-8:30p    FRI or SAT depending on week      FEN

HSG       OPTION  TWO    $475
These HSG will join us mid NOVEMBER to train. They will commit to  3 practices per week and are WELCOME and ENCOURAGED to participate in meets. Primary goals will be to continue to grow in the sport, try NEW events, set and achieve personal goals and continue to build endurance.         DUE TO POOL SPACE – substituting practice days cannot be accommodated.      Suggested meets will be discussed in December- when setting goals for the season. 
              MON 7 - 8:30p    WED: 4:30-6:00p   THUR 7 - 8:30p     FEN     (and occasional Fr/SA)

ALL HSGirls  should arrive with equipment bags.  Everyone NEEDS fins/snorkel/paddles&pull buoys
